补阳还五汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症疗效及对神经调节蛋白1、白细胞介素-2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对神经调节蛋白1(NRG1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的影响。方法:选取83例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组42例及联合组41例,对照组给予奥氮平治疗,联合组给予补阳还五汤联合奥氮平治疗。2组均治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、血清NRG1、IL-2水平的变化,观察2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,联合组临床疗效总有效率为97.56%,对照组总有效率为78.57%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PANSS中阴性症状、阳性症状、精神病理症状及其他评分均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组PANSS中各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清NRG1水平均较治疗前升高,IL-2水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组血清NRG1水平高于对照组,IL-2水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为4.88%,对照组为9.52%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效较好,可有效缓解临床症状,促进神经功能恢复,改善机体免疫功能。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Buyang Huanwu tang combined with olanzapine for schizophrenia and its effects on levels of neuregulin 1(NRG1)and interleukin-2(IL-2).Methods:A total of 83 cases of patients with schizophrenia were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combination group according to the random number table method,with 42 and 41 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with olanzapine,and the combination group was treated with Buyang Huanwu tang combined with olanzapine.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Changes in scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and levels of NRG1 and IL-2 in serum before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 97.56%in the combination group and78.57%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms,psychopathological scores and other scores in PANSS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,each score in PANSS in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of NRG1 in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and IL-2 levels were decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NRG1 level in the combination group was lower than that in the control group,and IL-2 level was lower,differences being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88%in the combination group and 9.52%in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu tang combined with olanzapine has a good curative effect for schizophrenia,which can effectively im
