摘 要:改革开放以来,我国酒店业对人才的需求类型主要是既懂经营管理理论,又掌握对客服务技能的酒店专业人才,相关院校以此为中心,依托经济学、管理学学科理论开设酒店管理专业进行人才培养,一直是业界和学界的共识。在对这种认识的形成原因、合理性进行分析的基础上,进一步指出:现阶段我国酒店产业不仅需要大量的技能型、经营管理型人才,更需要酒店产品的创意、策划、设计等酒店产业链高端环节的人才。同时,由于专业是学科知识体系与社会需求的交叉,将二者结合起来探索专业办学是其应有之义。文章引入矛盾论哲学思想,探索酒店住宿现象的知识体系,提出完整的酒店管理专业办学应围绕住宿活动的需求与供给这一既对立又统一的矛盾统一体的两个方面展开,为酒店管理本科专业围绕顾客需求,依托心理学、社会学、人类学等学科理论开设酒店产品创新方向提供学理依据。Since the reform and opening up,it has always been the consensus of the industry and academic circles that China s hotel industry mainly need stalents who not only know business management theory,but also master the customer service skills.Relevant colleges and universities take this as the center and establish hotel management majors based on the theory of economics and management disciplines.Based on the analysis of the reasons and rationality of this understanding,the paper points out that China s hotel industry needs not only a large number of skilled,management-oriented talents,but also talents in the high-end links of the industry chain,such as hotel product creativity,planning,designing,and so on.At the same time,since majors are the combination of disciplinary knowledge and social needs,it is necessary to explore professional schooling according the two aspects.By introducing the philosophical idea of contradiction theory and exploring the hotel accommodation phenomenon,the paper proposes that the hotel management professional schooling should be centered on the demand and supply of accommodation activities and provides a theoretical basis for hotel management undergraduate majors to set up hotel product innovation direction based on psychology,sociology,anthropology,and other disciplines.
