摘　　要：科研育人已成为高校育人体系不可分割的要素,充分发挥科研育人的重要作用,对于提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文用数据调查和深入访谈的方式总结了中部地区地方高校科研育人工作主要存在的问题,提出了健全制度、营造环境、调动参与积极性和改革评价机制的解决方案。Scientific research and education have become an integral part of the higher education system.It is of great significance to improve the talents quality.By means of data investigation and in-depth interview,this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the scientific research and education of colleges and universities in central China and puts forward solutions to improving the system,creating an environment,mobilizing participation enthusiasm,and reforming the evaluation mechanism.
