摘　　要：在基于SPOC的线上线下混合式教学模式应用背景下,对“国际财务管理”课程的SPOC混合教学实践现状进行介绍,结合实际教学过程中存在的问题,构建基于PDCA循环的课程教学质量管理体系,该体系将教学质量管理过程分为计划、执行、检查、处理与改进四个阶段。将实施基于PDCA循环后的教学评价结果与实施前进行对比,发现教学效果有一定程度的提升。在结合实际经验基础上提出改进教学质量管理的意见。Under the background of the application of online and offline mixed teaching mode based on SPOC,this paper introduces the current situation of SPOC mixed teaching practice of“international financial management”course,and constructs a teaching quality management system based on PDCA cycle,which divides the teaching quality management process into four stages:planning,implementation,inspection,processing and improvement.The teaching evaluation results after the implementation of PDCA cycle are compared with those before the implementation,and it is found that the teaching effect has been improved to a certain extent.Finally,on the basis of practical experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve teaching quality management.
