摘 要:突发公共卫生事件下,体育“混合式”教学可以实现线上与线下的转换,保障师生生命安全和身心健康。以太极拳教学为例,设计和实施包括课前准备、线上直播教学和课后锻炼与指导三个环节的体育线上教学和线下锻炼,从三个方面总结和反思教学效果与不足,分别是:优化组合教学方法,实现线上直播体育教学;有效解决师生互动和运动负荷的监控;实现了教学过程和评价的数字化与数据化。旨在为突发公共卫生事件下高校体育教学应对之策提供参考。“Blended”teaching in physical education is used to solve the seamless transformation between offline and online teaching under the public health emergencies,and to ensured safety and health of teacher and students.Based on Taijiquan teaching models,this author designed and implemented a blending learning of PE including pre-teaching,online live-teaching and after-class instruction.The teaching effect is summarized and reflected from three aspects:optimizing and combining teaching methods to realize online live sports teaching;effectively solving the problem of teacher-student interaction and exercise load monitoring;realizing the digitalization and datamation of teaching process and evaluation.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for college physical education in response to public health emergencies.
