摘　　要：海岸沙滩垃圾越来越多,沙滩污染日益严重,针对此问题研发了一种自动化履带式沙滩垃圾清洁车。其主要由履带装置、铲沙装置、筛网振动装置等三个部分组成,通过应用履带装置使清洁车适应沙滩坑洼地形,利用铲沙装置进行垃圾的铲取,通过筛网振动装置进行垃圾与沙砾的分离,并通过收集箱收集筛分出来的垃圾,完成沙滩的清洁工作,清洁车采用遥控装置进行方向和速度的控制,实现沙滩垃圾自动化清理,比较市场上类似产品,该清洁车具有体型小巧,应用灵活,结构新颖等优点。In response to the situation that the beach trash on the beaches are increasing and the beach pollution is increasingly serious, an automated crawler-type beach trash cleaning vehicle was developed. This cleaning vehicle consists of crawler device, sand shoveling device and screen vibration device. The crawler device can make the cleaning vehicle adapt to the pothole terrain on the beach, the sand shoveling device can shovel trash, the screen vibrating device can separate the trash from the sand and gravel, and finally the collection box can collect the sieved trash to complete the cleaning process. The cleaning vehicle controls the direction and speed through the remote control device, and realizes the automatic cleaning of beach trash. Compared with similar products on the market, this cleaning vehicle has the advantages of small size, flexible operation and novel structure.
