冷切除相关术式治疗结肠息肉的研究进展

摘　　要：结肠息肉泛指结肠黏膜表面突出到肠腔的隆起性病变,在其病理性质未被确定前,临床将其统称为息肉,有肿瘤性、非肿瘤性病变的区分。非肿瘤性结肠息肉一般无需进行手术治疗,而肿瘤性结肠息肉被证实是引起结肠癌变的危险因素,需及早行手术切除。近年来,选择热切除术治疗结肠息肉患者的比例持续降低,选择冷切除相关术治疗该病患者的比例则显著增高,尤其是冷圈套内镜黏膜切除术(CS-EMR)的使用频率呈上升趋势。冷切除术具有操作简单快捷、术后并发症少、疗效显著等优点,现已成为临床治疗结肠息肉患者的主流术式。该研究针对冷切除相关术式及研究进展进行综述。Colonic polyps generally refer to the protuberant lesions that protrude from the surface of colonic mucosa to the intestinal cavity.They are collectively referred to as polyps before their pathological properties are determined.They can be distinguished from tumor and non tumor lesions.Non neoplastic colonic polyps generally do not need surgical treatment,while neoplastic colonic polyps have been proved to be a risk factor for colon cancer,requiring early surgical resection.In recent years,the proportion of colon polyps treated by hot resection has been continuously decreasing,and the number of patients who choose cold resection related surgical methods has increased significantly,especially the frequency of cold snare endoscopic mucosal resection(CS-EMR)has increased.Cold resection has become the main surgical method for the treatment of colonic polyps because of its advantages of simple and rapid operation,less complications and excellent effect.This article reviews the related surgical methods and research progress of cold resection.
