摘 要:为了解秦岭龙胆(Gentiana apiata)开花前后的多糖含量变化,利用响应面法优化多糖的提取工艺,并对多糖抗氧化活性进行测定。结果表明,秦岭龙胆开花后的多糖含量高于未开花的。秦岭龙胆开花药材的多糖最佳提取工艺为提取3 h,料液比1∶16,醇沉比为1∶10,离心速率1537×g,多糖的提取率为5.13%,与预测的5.42%接近。多糖对DPPH和ABTS均有一定的抗氧化能力,且高于维生素C(Vc)和二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)。因此,秦岭龙胆除作为药用外,也可作为抗氧剂用于食品、保健品领域。In order to understand the changes of polysaccharide content in Gentiana apiata before and after flowering,the extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized by response surface method,and the antioxidant activities of polysaccharides were determined.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide in G.apiata after flowering was higher than that before flowering.The optimal extraction process were extraction 3 h,the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶16,the alcohol precipitation ratio of 1∶10,and the centrifugal speed at 1537×g.Under optimal extraction conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 5.13%,close to the predicted value of 5.42%.Polysaccharides had certain antioxidant capacity to DPPH and ABTS,which was higher than that of Vitamin C and butylated hydroxytoluene.Therefore,it was suggested that G.apiatacan also could be used as antioxidant in food and health care products except for medicine.
