齐拉西酮联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析齐拉西酮片联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法80例难治性精神分裂症患者,根据入院奇偶顺序分为实验组与对照组,每组40例。对照组行氯氮平治疗,实验组行齐拉西酮联合氯氮平治疗。对比两组住院时间、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、社会功能评分及生活质量评分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组住院时间(8.01±0.23)d短于对照组的(11.12±2.57)d,MMSE评分(17.52±2.25)分、生理评分(82.52±2.42)分、运动评分(81.52±2.68)分均高于对照组的(14.25±1.20)、(65.20±2.96)、(70.52±2.03)分,社会功能评分(45.25±4.25)分低于对照组的(52.41±2.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率5.00%低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效确切,可帮助患者改善认知与社会功能,缩短患者的住院时间,减少治疗经济负担,且不会增加患者的不良反应,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ziprasidone combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with refractory schizophrenia were divided into experimental group and control group according to the odd-even order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clozapine,and the experimental group was treated with ziprasidone combined with clozapine.The hospital stay,Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),social function score and quality of life scores,therapeutic effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay(8.01±0.23)d in the experimental group was shorter than(11.12±2.57)d in the control group;the MMSE score(17.52±2.25)points,the physiological score(82.52±2.42)points,and the motor score(81.52±2.68)points in the experimental group were higher than(14.25±1.20),(65.20±2.96)and(70.52±2.03)points in the control group;the social function score(45.25±4.25)points in the experimental group was lower than(52.41±2.25)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.50%of the experimental group was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.00%in the experimental group was lower than 22.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with clozapine is effective in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia,which can help patients improve their cognitive and social functions,shorten their hospital stay,reduce the economic burden of treatment,and does not increase patients’adverse effects,and is worth promoting and applying.
