胃癌术后早期康复功能锻炼对术后肛门排气的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胃癌术后早期康复功能锻炼对术后肛门排气的影响。方法60例胃癌术后患者,随机分为对照组及试验组,每组30例。对照组采取常规康复方法,试验组采取早期康复功能锻炼。比较两组患者首次进食时间、首次肛门排气时间、胃肠鸣恢复时间、首次排便时间及生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果试验组患者首次进食时间(8.46±0.36)h、首次肛门排气时间(46.13±0.46)h、胃肠鸣恢复时间(34.67±0.39)h、首次排便时间(49.66±0.36)h均短于对照组的(10.06±0.39)、(55.12±0.48)、(39.11±0.33)、(58.51±0.39)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生理职能、社会功能、精神状态评分分别为(75.50±3.21)、(72.40±1.32)、(73.50±3.71)分,均高于对照组的(51.80±3.18)、(53.90±1.31)、(58.50±2.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取早期康复功能锻炼,对胃癌术后患者效果显著,能改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation functional exercise on postoperative anal exhaust of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation methods,while the experimental group adopted early rehabilitation functional exercise.The first eating time,first anal exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds,first defecation time and 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results The first eating time(8.46±0.36)h,first anal exhaust time(46.13±0.46)h,recovery time of bowel sounds(34.67±0.39)h,and first defecation time(49.66±0.36)h in the experimental group were shorter than(10.06±0.39),(55.12±0.48),(39.11±0.33),and(58.51±0.39)h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of role-physical,social functioning and mental state in the experimental group were(75.50±3.21),(72.40±1.32),and(73.50±3.71)points,which were higher than(51.80±3.18),(53.90±1.31),and(58.50±2.70)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation functional exercise has significant effect on postoperative patients with gastric cancer,and can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
