摘  要:提出了一种环形连续分布随机动载荷的识别方法,用于估计星箭连接环处非均匀随机基础激励.首先,利用B样条基函数表示载荷的分布函数,构建了基于B样条基函数的分布随机激励模型,将分布载荷识别问题转化为系数向量的估计问题;其次,分别基于直接求逆法和逆虚拟激励法,推导响应与激励模型中系数的关系式,根据结构响应识别激励模型中的系数;最后,基于识别的系数重构环形分布随机动载荷.以受环形分布随机基础激励的某卫星结构模型为研究对象,验证所提方法的有效性,并讨论了不同识别方法、测量噪声、测点数量与控制点数量对识别精度的影响.结果表明,识别的激励功率谱密度均方根误差和空间分布误差均小于2%,说明该方法可为在役环境下航天器的载荷环境预测提供技术支持.An identification method for annularly distributed random dynamic load was proposed to estimate the non-uniform random base excitation at the connection ring between a satellite and a rocket. Firstly, B-spline functions were adopted to represent the load distribution function. The distributed random excitation model based on B-spline functions was established. The distributed load identification problem was converted into a coefficient-estimation problem. Then, the relational expressions between the response and the coefficients in the excitation model were deduced based on the direct inversion method and the inverse pseudo-excitation method, respectively. The coefficients in the excitation model were identified from the structural response. Finally, the annularly distributed random dynamic load was reconstructed based on the identified coefficients. Taking a satellite structural model subjected to annularly distributed random base excitation as a research object, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified. The effects of the different identification methods, the level of measurement noise, the number of measuring points and the number of control points on the identification accuracy were also discussed. The results show that the error of the identified power spectral density and that of the spatial distribution are less than 2%, indicating that the method can provide a technical support for the prediction of load environment of aerospace crafts during service condition.
