知识资本对企业高质量发展的影响——基于中国2009-2020年IT上市公司的经验分析

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情冲击和外部经济环境的持续不稳定给中国企业高质量发展带来严峻挑战。为了探寻中国企业实现高质量发展的可行性路径,依据资源基础理论,构建“新经济”生产函数模型。以知识资本为视角,从人力资本、组织资本、关系资本这3个维度出发,使用2009—2020年中国IT上市公司财务数据,采用GMM(generalized method of moments)方法,研究知识资本对企业高质量发展的影响。结果表明,知识资本对中国上市IT公司的高质量发展产生了显著的激励效应。进一步研究发现,人力资本是提升国有企业高质量发展的核心因素,而组织资本是提升民营企业高质量发展的关键因素。除了需强化知识资本投入以外,国有企业还需优化人力资本的内部结构,民营企业需完善组织资本的内部安排,进而提升企业高质量发展的能力。The impact of the COVID-19 and the continued instability of the external economic environment have brought severe challenges to the high-quality development of Chinese enterprises.For exploring the realistic path for Chinese companies to achieve high-quality development,in this paper we construct a“new economy”production function model according to the Resource-Basic Theory.From the perspective of knowledge capital that includes three dimensions of human capital,organizational capital,and relational capital,the systematic GMM model is used to measure the impact of knowledge capital on high-quality development of China′s enterprises based on the data of China′s listed IT companies year 2009-2020.The research shows that knowledge capital has a significant incentive effect on the high-quality development of China′s listed companies in IT industry.Further analysis shows human capital is the core factor to improve the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,and organizational capital is the key factor to improve the high-quality development of private enterprises.In addition to strengthening the investment of knowledge capital,state-owned enterprises also need to optimize the internal structure of human capital,and private enterprises still need to improve the internal arrangement of organizational capital,thereby enhancing the ability of high-quality development of enterprises.
