摘　　要：新时代背景下,探析武汉市建筑业高质量发展对推进武汉市国民经济和社会事业健康发展具有重大意义。以高质量发展内涵为核心,从规模发展、开拓创新、低碳环保、和谐发展、共用共享5个目标子系统(准则层、一级指标)构建新时代武汉市建筑业高质量发展指标体系。运用熵权TOPSIS法对2010年—2019年武汉市建筑业高质量发展水平进行评价,提出新时代武汉市建筑业高质量发展的建议,促进新时代武汉市建筑业高质量发展。Under the background of the new era,analyzing the high-quality development of Wuhan’s construction industry is of great significance to promote the healthy development of Wuhan’s national economy and social undertakings.With the connotation of highquality development as the core,we will build a high-quality development index system for the construction industry in Wuhan in the new era from scale development,pioneering and innovation,low-carbon environmental protection,harmonious development,and share 5target subsystems(standard level,first-level indicators).In addition,we also use the entropy TOPSIS method to evaluate the high-quality development level of Wuhan’s construction industry from 2010 to 2019,and put forward suggestions for the high quality development of Wuhan construction industry in the new era to promote the high quality development of Wuhan construction industry in the new era.
