摘  要:《创新教学报告》是由英国开放大学主导并发布的系列学术报告,2022版《创新教学报告》提出了十个创新教学法,并结合实践案例进行解析:“混合模式”通过线上线下相结合提高了学习的灵活性和机会,“双元场景学习”连通了教室中的理论学习和工作场所的实践学习,“微证书教学法”基于微课程构建了有利于发展工作或职业技能的课程体系,“自主学习”旨在帮助学习者培养自由和独立学习的能力,“观看聚会”体现了与爱好者一起观看视频并学习的潮流,“网红教学”把社交媒体平台上的达人学习上升到教学模式,“家庭教育”讨论了家庭作为学习场所的重要性及途径,“不适感教育”通过转化负面情感以促进学习和实现社会正义,“健康教育”关注教学中的健康要素,“边走边谈”结合运动和对话来提高学习效果。同时,对十年来的研究成果进行了总结,将已发布的近百个教学法,划分为“和他人联通”“情感”“教育公平”等十个主题。2022版所提出十大创新教学法之价值在于:进一步明确了数字化转型引领教育时代发展的时代特征;对教育公平的关注更加持久和深刻;关注人的情感需要和自我发展,追求更有质量的教育;对教师基本素养和专业能力提出了新的要求。The Innovating Pedagogy Report is a series of academic reports led by the Open University in the U.K.The 2022 Edition of this Report provides an introduction to ten innovative pedagogies with practical cases:The“hybrid models”improves flexibility and opportunities for learning by integrating online and offline;“dual learning scenarios”connects theoretical learning in the classroom and practical learning in the workplace;“pedagogies of microcredentials”builds a curriculum based on micro-courses that facilitate the development of work skills;“pedagogy of autonomy”aims to help learners develop the ability to learn freely and independently;“Watch parties”reveals the trend of enthusiasts watching videos to learn together;“influencer-led education”moves from influencers’teaching on social media platforms to an instruction model;“pedagogies of the home”discusses the importance of the family as a place to learn;“pedagogy of discomfort”promotes learning and social justice through negative emotions;“wellbeing education”focuses on the health component of teaching and learning;and“walk-and-talk”combines walk and dialogue to enhance learning.The report summarizes the achievements of the past ten years and divides the nearly 100 published pedagogies into ten themes,such as“connecting with others”,“emotions”and“justice”.The value of proposed ten innovative pedagogies in 2022 edition further clarifies:the characteristics of digital transformation which promote the development of education;a more sustained and profound concern for educational equity;attention to human emotional needs and self-development and the pursuit of more quality education;and new requirements for teachers’basic literacy and professional competence.
