摘  要:新文科建设面临三个至关重要的问题:人才培养与学术研究如何互动,“通人”与“专家”是否可以兼得,人才培养与社会需求如何接轨。这三个问题既是中国现代教育,尤其是高等教育长期面临的基本问题,也是新文科建设亟待探索并形成共识的重要问题。根据中国人民大学“政治学—历史学双学士学位项目”(HP)和“经济社会历史科学实验班”(ESH)实践经验等情况来看,上述问题还有很大的探索空间。针对第一个问题,需认识到学术研究是人才培养的基础,新文科建设应当更加重视学术研究的整体更新。针对第二个问题,需意识到信息时代培养“通人”之难和“专家”之蔽,应以“通专结合”为指导,构建合理的课程体系,兼顾学生多元化发展需求。针对第三个问题,需寻找新时代人才培养与社会接轨的合理维度与途径,通过人文学科与社会学科的跨学科课程融合及田野教学,培养适应新时代需求的复合型人才。The development of new humanities and social sciences requires answers to the three fundamental questions:how can the talent cultivation and the academic research support each other?Is it possible to cultivate both the“generalist”and the“specialist”?And how can the talent cultivation align with the social needs?They have long been facing the modern Chinese education,especially higher education,and should also be the major ones that need to be explored and consistently addressed in the development of“new humanities and social sciences.”In accordance with the practical experience of the“Political Science-History Double Bachelor's Degree Program”(HP)and the“Experimental Class of Economic,Social and Historical Sciences”(ESH)of Renmin University of China,there is still much room for exploration of the above questions.For the first question,we need to recognize that the academic research is the foundation of the talent cultivation,and we should focus more on the overall renewal of the academic research in the development of“new humanities and social sciences.”With regard to the second question,we need to be aware of the difficulties in cultivating“generalists”and the obstacles in cultivating“specialists”in the information age.We should build a rational curriculum system with the guidance of“combining the cultivation of generalists and specialists properly”,taking into account students􀆳diversified development needs.In response to the third question,we need to find a reasonable dimension and way to connect the talent cultivation with the social needs in the new era,and cultivate interdisciplinary talent who can adapt to the new era through field-based instruction and the interdisciplinary curriculum integration of humanities and social disciplines.
