摘　　要：为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于女排精神的重要讲话精神,文章采用文献资料、访谈、口述史等研究方法,运用历史学、文化学、管理学、传播学、符号学等理论,分析和挖掘了女排精神的演进逻辑和价值意蕴。研究认为,女排精神的形成与发展具有政治、经济和文化三方面历史背景,它的演进可以分为前身、形成、传承和新时代的发展四个历史阶段。新时代女排精神的内涵逻辑包括:祖国至上是核心,团结协作是精髓,顽强拼搏是实质,永不言败是特质,这蕴含着女排屡创辉煌、长盛不衰的情感、意志、性格、组织、技术等要素构成的精神密码。在实现第二个百年奋斗目标的新征程中,女排精神的价值意蕴体现在3个方面:第一,将为体育行业精神文明建设提供示范标杆,为全面深化体育改革提供价值引领,从而为建设体育强国提供精神支撑;第二,为培育践行社会主义核心价值观提供优秀样板,为以体育人、以文化人提供优质资源,从而为坚定文化自信提供精神源泉;第三,为实现中华民族伟大复兴凝魂聚气,为加快实现社会主义现代化强国凝心聚力,从而为实现中国梦提供精神动力。In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on the spirit of the Chinese women’s volleyball team, the research group analyzed and explored the evolution logic and value implications of the spirit of the Chinese women’s volleyball team by means of literature, interviews, oral history and theories of history, culture, management, communication and semiotics. The thesis holds that the formation and development of the spirit of the Chinese women’s volleyball team has three historical backgrounds, namely, the political, economic and cultural backgrounds. Its evolution can be divided into four historical stages: predecessor, formation, inheritance and development. The connotation logic of the spirit of the Chinese women’s volleyball team in the new era includes four aspects: the supremacy of the motherland is the core, the unity and cooperation is the quintessence, the indomitable struggle is the essence, and the unyielding spirit is the trait. These contain the spiritual code composed of emotion, will, character, organization, technology, which ensure women’s volleyball team’s repeated achievements and enduring prosperity. In the new journey of realizing the second centenary goal of the nation, the value of the spirit of Chinese women’s volleyball team will be reflected in three aspects: firstly, it will provide spiritual support for the construction of a leading sports nation by serving as both a reference model for the construction of spiritual civilization of sports industry and value guidance for comprehensively deepening sports reform;Secondly, it will provide spiritual resources for strengthening cultural confidence by serving as both an excellent model for cultivating and practicing socialist core values, and high-quality resources for educating people with physical education and culture.
