摘  要:目的:探讨磷酸钙自固化人工骨填充配合小切口复位治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选取60例佛山市中医院三水医院SchatzkerⅡ-Ⅲ型胫骨平台骨折的住院患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各30例,对照组给予切开复位钢板内固定+人工骨植骨术治疗。试验组给予磷酸钙自固化人工骨填充配合小切口复位治疗。结果:试验组手术时间等围手术指标都少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组术后6个月的并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);试验组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸钙自固化人工骨填充配合小切口复位治疗胫骨平台骨折能减少对患者的创伤,早期提供高强度支撑,并促进骨折愈合,降低并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of calcium phosphate filling with small incision reduction on tibial plateau fracture.Methods:60 hospitalized patients with SchatzkerⅡ-type tibial plateau fracture in Sanshui Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into trial group and control group according to the random number table method,30 patients each,and the control group were treated with open reduction plate internal fixation+artificial bone grafting.The test group gave calcium phosphate self-curing artificial bone filling combined with small incision reduction treatment.Results:Perioperative time in the test group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate after 6 months was 3.33%in the test group,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium phosphate self-curing artificial bone filling and small incision reduction in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture can reduce patient trauma,provide high-strength support.
