颞浅动脉血管贴覆术治疗高血压脑出血的临床治疗安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析高血压脑出血疾病患者的临床治疗中,实施颞浅动脉血管贴覆术的疗效及安全性。方法:从我院收治的高血压脑出血疾病患者中抽选100例进行实验分析,抽选起始时间为2019年1月,抽选截止时间为2020年1月,按照患者的抽选顺序实施分组,即常规组50例,应用开颅血肿清除术方案,分析组50例,应用颞浅动脉血管贴覆术方案,比较二组临床治疗效果。结果:分析组手术后意识障碍、生活能力等评分高于常规组,手术1年后的神经功能评分较常规组低,生活质量评分较常规组高,临床疗效及安全性优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:高血压疾病患者病发脑出血疾病时,为患者提供颞浅动脉血管贴覆术疗法,可以促进临床效果,益于改善患者的神经功能。Objective:To study and analyze the efficacy and safety of superficial temporal artery vascular grafting in the clinical treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage disease admitted to our hospital were selected for experimental analysis.The selection start time was January 2019, and the selection deadline was January 2020, and the selection sequence was implemented according to the patients’ selection order.Grouping, namely the routine group of 50 cases, the application of craniotomy hematoma debridement program, the analysis group of 50 cases, the application of superficial temporal artery vascular grafting program, the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The scores of disturbance of consciousness and living ability in the analysis group after operation were higher than those in the conventional group, the neurological function score after 1 year of operation was lower than that in the conventional group, the quality of life score was higher than that in the conventional group, and the clinical efficacy and safety were better than those in the conventional group, P<0.05.Conclusion:When patients with hypertensive disease have cerebral hemorrhage, providing patients with superficial temporal artery vascular grafting therapy can promote clinical effect and improve the neurological function of patients.
