初始管制员心理授权与神经系统特性的相关性分析

摘　　要：为了减少因初始管制员心理授权导致的不安全事件,提高初始管制员的安全绩效,对初始管制员心理授权和神经系统特性进行相关性分析研究。选取75名初始管制员采用Spreitzer心理授权表测定心理授权的胜任感、控制感和影响力,采用巴甫洛夫气质量表评测神经系统的强度、平衡性与灵活性,运用结构方程模型研究初始管制员心理授权与神经系统特性的相关性。结果表明:初始管制员心理授权与神经系统特性存在一定相关性,即通过胜任感、控制感和影响力对神经系统特性产生间接影响;心理授权通过胜任感、控制感和影响力的中介作用对强度和平衡性均呈现显著正相关,对灵活性均呈现负相关。In order to reduce incidents caused by psychological authorization of initial controllers and improve the safety performance of the initial controller,the correlation analysis of psychological empowerment of initial controller and the characteristics of the nervous system is carried out.75 initial controllers were selected to measure the competence,control and influence of the psychological empowerment by using Spreitzer’s psychological empowerment scale,to evaluate the strength,balance and flexibility of the nervous system by using Pavlov’s temperament scale,and to study the correlation between the psychological empowerment of the initial controller and the characteristics of the nervous system by using the structural equation model.The results show that there is a certain correlation between the psychological empowerment of the initial controllers and the characteristics of the nervous system,that is,it causes indirect influence on the characteristics of the nervous system through the sense of competence,control and influence;and psychological empowerment has a significant positive correlation with strength and balance,and a negative correlation with flexibility through the mediating effect of competence,control and influence.
