摘　　要：“通用航空运行与管理”是低空飞行服务专业人员培训的基础课程,建设高质量的课程体系是提高人才培养质量的前提和基础。在通用航空发展的背景下,根据《民用航空低空飞行服务专业人员基础培训大纲》要求,明确“通用航空运行与管理”课程性质和定位。针对课程知识体系与教学内容的特点,总结课程知识结构和教学内容设置存在的问题,提出重构与优化课程体系的必要性。基于CDIO教育模式,通过课程教学体系和知识体系的重构,探究课程体系建设的方法与应用途径。新的课程体系,有利于形成满足低空飞行服务专业需求的人才培养方案,能为通用航空技术人才教育提供技术支持。“General Aviation Operation and Management”is a basic course for the training of low altitude flight service professionals.Building a high-quality curriculum system is the premise and foundation to improve the quality of talent training.Under the background of the development of GA,this paper follows the requirements of The Basic Training Outline for Civil Aviation Low-altitude Flight Service Professionals,and defines the nature and orientation of the course of“General Aviation Operation and Management”.According to the characteristics of the curriculum knowledge system and teaching content setting,this paper summarizes the problems of curriculum,and puts forward the necessity of reconstructing and optimizing curriculum system.Based on the education mode of CDIO,through the reconstruction of curriculum teaching system and knowledge system,this paper explores the methods and application ways of curriculum system construction.The new curriculum system is conducive to the formation of talent training program that meets the professional needs of Low-altitude Flight Services,and can provide technical support for GA Engineers training.
