摘  要:目的为研究者提供OSCs制造技术相关的全面见解和最新进展,分析现有的技术瓶颈和无法解决的规模效率损失,以获得可扩展和可打印的大面积光伏组件。方法从功能层材料的选择、印刷工艺研究现状和大面积效率损失等方面展开综述,重点阐述柔性高效大面积有机光伏器件印刷制备的技术难题。结论文中将进一步推动可印刷有机半导体材料在下一代清洁能源中的集成应用,并在可穿戴电子、光伏建筑一体化和物联网等应用领域引起广泛关注。The work aims to provide investigators with comprehensive insights and recent advances related to OSCs manufacturing technology,analyze existing technical bottlenecks and unsolved scale efficiency losses to obtain scalable and printable large-area photovoltaic modules.This review introduced the selection of functional layer materials,the cur-rent status of printing process research and large-scale efficiency loss,and focused on the technical challenges in printing and preparation of flexible and high-efficiency large-area organic photovoltaic devices.This will promote the integrated application of printable organic semiconductor materials in next-generation clean energy,and attract widespread attention in application to wearable electronics,building-integrated photovoltaics,the Internet of Things,etc.
