摘　　要：小麦是国内主要粮食作物,运用现代的、科学的HACCP质量管理体系,可有效防范小麦储存事故发生,提高经济效益。通过对小麦收购入库储存的各流程的危害及关键控制点的分析,确定出关键控制点,制定出小麦收购入库储存HACCP计划书,为仓储企业运用提供参考。Wheat is the main grain crop in China. Using modern and scientific HACCP quality management system can effectively prevent wheat storage accidents and improve economic benefits.Through the analysis of the hazards and key control points of each process of wheat purchase, warehousing and storage, the key control points are determined, and the HACCP plan for wheat purchase, warehousing and storage is formulated to provide reference for the use of warehousing enterprises.
