摘　　要：[目的]探讨因典型症状复诊的反流性食管炎(RE)患者消化内镜临床特征。[方法]回顾性分析96例确诊为RE患者的临床资料,均前后接受2次消化内镜检查且间隔时间≥3年;比较前后检查时发病部位、疾病严重程度分级及GEFV分级。[结果]96例患者中前后2次消化内镜均诊断为RE共75例,平均间隔时间为(4.80±1.38)年;前后2次消化内镜检查发病部位比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);前后2次消化内镜检查疾病严重程度分级、GEFV分级及疾病严重程度分级评分比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]RE患者食管黏膜损伤以右前壁最为多见,往往在同一部位复发;同时首次诊断和复发时病情严重程度及胃食管阀瓣分级基本一致。[Objective]To investigate the clinical characteristics of gastroscopy in revisit reflux esophagitis(RE)patients with typical reflux symptoms.[Methods]Clinical data of 96 RE patients with clinical diagnosed were retrospectively chosen during the period from January 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital.All patients received 2 times of gastroscopy examination and the interval time was more than 3 years.The position,severity grade and GEFV grade were compared before and after examination.[Results]Seventy-five cases in 96 cases were diagnosed as RE by endoscopy and the average interval time was(4.80±1.38)years.There was no significant difference in lesion position between the gastroscopy examinations(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in lesion severity grading,GEFV grading between the gastroscopy examinations(P>0.05).[Conclusion]The right anterior wall was the most common position which the lesion located in RE patients and often recurred in the same site.The lesion severity is related to the grading of gastroesophageal valve flap in the primary and revisit gastroscopy examination.
