慢性萎缩性胃炎浊毒蕴胃证相关症状初步研究

摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)与胃癌的发生密切相关,被称为胃癌前疾病。中医药在改善CAG临床症状,抑制甚至逆转其萎缩的腺体等方面具有一定优势,对降低胃癌的发病率具有重要意义。但目前中医界对CAG的病因病机尚未形成统一认识,且证型复杂,临床辨证分型不统一,不利于临床诊治。国医大师李佃贵教授提出从“浊毒”论治CAG,认为浊毒蕴胃是CAG的主要病机,浊毒蕴胃证是主要证候。根据李佃贵教授对CAG浊毒蕴胃证相关症状的指导意见,并运用德尔菲(Delphi)法开展CAG浊毒蕴胃证相关症状专家调查,研究CAG浊毒蕴胃证有诊断价值的症状,对CAG的辨证论治具有重要意义。Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)has been defined as gastric precancerous disease(GPD),which is closely correlated with the occurrence of gastric cancer(GC).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has great significance in reducing the incidence of gastric cancer by improving the clinical symptoms of CAG,inhibiting and reversing its atrophic glands.However,TCM has not yet formed a unified understanding for etiology and pathogenesis of CAG,so different syndrome differentiation and complex syndrome types,which are not conducive to diagnosis and treatment.TCM master professor LI Diangui,he proposed to treat CAG from the perspective of"turbid poison",and"accumulation of turbid poison in stomach"is CAG main pathogenic mechanism and main syndrome.Based on his Turbid toxin theory,Using Delphi method to carry out expert investigation of CAG related syndromes of turbid toxin accumulate in the stomach and collecting TCM syndromes with diagnostic value,which is great significance to TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation for CAG.
