帕罗西汀联合团体人际心理治疗对老年抑郁症患者SDSS及HAMD-17评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨帕罗西汀联合团体人际心理治疗对老年抑郁症患者社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项版(HAMD-17)的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月收治的老年抑郁症患者98例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组49例,对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,研究组给予帕罗西汀联合团体人际心理治疗。结果研究组治疗依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者HAMD-17、SDSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且治疗后研究组HAMD-17、SDSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年抑郁症患者应用中帕罗西汀联合团体人际心理治疗可有效增强治疗疗效,促进患者抑郁状况改善,并减轻对患者社会功能造成的损伤,增强患者对后续治疗的依从性,并使患者生活质量得到进一步提升,可推广使用。Objective To investigate the effects of paroxetine combined with group interpersonal psychotherapy on SDSS score and HAMD-17 in elderly patients with depression.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by oral paroxetine,however,those in research group were treated by paroxetine combined with group interpersonal psychotherapy.Results The treatment compliance rate in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effects in research group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the HAMD-17 and SDSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,which in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),but,the life quality scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with group interpersonal psychotherapy for elderly patients with depression can effectively enhance the therapeutic effects,promote the improvement of the depression,and relieve the damage to the social function of patients,improve the patient’s compliance with subsequent treatment and life quality of patient,therefore,it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
