摘　　要：目的分析在预防胶质瘤术后应激障碍中加速康复外科护理的应用效果。方法以2018年12月至2020年12月收治的126例胶质瘤术后患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组63例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者给予加速康复外科护理,观察2组术后各阶段创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PCL-C)评分、创伤后应激障碍阳性率、术后并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者术后1周、3个月、6个月PCL-C量表得分情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者创伤后应激障碍阳性率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理在预防胶质瘤术后应激障碍中的应用效果明显,应在临床实践中予以推广普及。Objective To analyze the application effects of enhanced recovery surgical nursing in preventing posttraumatic stress disorders(PTSD)of glioma patients.Methods Totally 126 patients undergoing gliomas surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled as the subjects,they were randomly assigned into the observation group(n=63)and the control group(n=63).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received enhanced recovery surgical nursing intervention.The key observation was the scores of PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C)scale,the positive rate of PTSD,the incidence of postoperative complications,as well as care satisfaction in two groups.Results The scores of PCL-C scale on months 1,3,6 of postoperative in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the positive rate of PTSD in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the care satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For glioma patients,the intervention of enhanced recovery surgical nursing delivers significant effects in preventing PTSD,and it should be popularized in clinical practice.
