摘 要:为研究影响数字比例阀先导级高速开关阀响应特性的主要因素,以常闭高速开关阀为研究对象,阐述了该阀结构特征及工作原理,分析了数学机理,运用ANSYS电磁仿真软件建立高速开关阀轴对称二维瞬态电磁模型。通过对高速开关阀电磁特性分析及实验测试,验证了所建模型的正确性。基于该模型在不同线圈匝数、阀芯质量、线圈内阻、复位弹簧刚度、衔铁与挡铁吸合接触面积时,对高速开关阀阀芯运动各阶段进行动态模拟,分析了影响高速开关阀响应特性的主要设计参数。结果表明:线圈匝数对高速开关阀响应速度的影响最大,当线圈匝数增加67%时,高速开关阀开启时间延长27.8%,关闭时间延长11.6%,总响应时间延长21.6%;线圈内阻、阀芯质量与复位弹簧刚度3个因素对高速开关阀响应速度的影响次之,环形接触面积对高速开关阀总响应时间影响较小,磁轭壁厚对高速开关阀运动各阶段响应时间基本没有影响。In order to study the influence of high-speed on/off valve structure parameters on its response characteristics in various stages, the structure characteristics and working principle of a unit high-speed on/off valve are analyzed, the two-dimensional transient electromagnetic model of high-speed on/off Valve is established by using ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software, and the dynamic simulation is carried out. The correctness of the model is verified by analyzing the electromagnetic characteristics of the high-speed on/off Valve. Based on this model, the effects of coil turns, spool mass, coil resistance, restoring spring stiffness, armature-baffle contact area on the movement of high-speed on/off valve spool are analyzed. The results verify that the number of coil turns has the greatest impact on the response characteristics of the high speed on/off valve. The opening time of the high speed on/off valve is extended by 27.8%, the closing time is extended by 11.6%, and the total response time is extended by 21.6% when the coil turns increases by 67%. The three factors of coil internal resistance, spool mass and return spring stiffness have the second most important on the response characteristics of the high speed on/off valve. The annular contact area has little effect on the total response time of the high speed on/off valve. The thickness of magnetic yoke basically has no effect on the response of the high speed on/off valve at each stage.
