摘　　要：目的探讨MRC矫治器对错牙合畸形患儿侧颜、口腔不良习惯的影响。方法选取2019年6月到2020年12月于我院采用MRC矫治器治疗的错牙合畸形患儿100例,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用传统Twin-Block矫治器进行治疗,研究组采用MRC矫治器进行治疗,根据X线头颅侧片的相关数据,判定两组患者SNA、SNB、ANB角、前牙覆盖与前牙覆牙合度数、上牙弓及下牙弓宽度以及整体恢复情况的差异。结果干预前两组患者SNA、SNB、ANB角度差异不显著,干预后上述角度均出现增大,研究组角度更大(P<0.05);干预前两组患者前牙覆盖与前牙覆牙合度数差异不显著,干预后均出现增大,研究组角度较对照组更大(P<0.05);干预前两组患者上牙弓及下牙弓宽度整体差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后厚度均出现增加,研究组厚度增加较对照组明显(P<0.05);干预前两组患者舌长、舌高整体差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后研究组舌长更短,舌高更高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者牙齿稳定性、语言功能、咀嚼功能以及牙齿舒适度等恢复情况均较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用MRC矫治器可实现纠正错牙合畸形以及进行肌功能锻炼的结合,通过有效训练口周肌群的方式可消除患儿不良的口腔不良习惯,且早期纠正效果良好,可显著改善患者面部软硬组织,纠正面部形态,且具有较高的舒适度。Objective To investigate the effect of MRC appliance on the side face and bad oral habits of children with malocclusion.Methods A total of 100 children with malocclusion who were treated with MRC appliance in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional Twin-Block appliance.The research group was treated with MRC appliance.According to the relevant data of the X-ray cranial lateral film,the SNA,SNB,ANB angles,the degree of anterior tooth coverage and anterior tooth coverage,the width of the upper and lower dental arches,and the overall Differences in recovery.Results There was no significant difference in the angles of SNA,SNB and ANB between the two groups of patients before the intervention.After the intervention,the above angles all increased,and the angle of the study group was larger(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the degree of degrees,which increased after the intervention,and the angle of the study group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the thickness of the tongue increased,and the thickness of the study group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the overall difference in tongue length and tongue height between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the tongue length of the research group was shorter,and the tongue Higher and higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the recovery of tooth stability,language function,masticatory function and tooth comfort in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRC appliance can realize the combination of correcting malformation and muscle function exercise,and effectively training the perioral muscle group can eliminate the bad oral habits of children,and the early correction effect is good,which can significantly improve the patient's face.Soft and hard tissue,corre
