摘  要:对栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)STS(类固醇硫酸酯酶)基因的CDS(Coding Sequences)区进行序列特征和表达分析,结果显示:其CDS长1755 bp,编码584个氨基酸,含A、B和C三个主要结构域,其中包含有催化功能的氨基酸。系统进化分析显示栉孔扇贝STS基因的进化地位与生物学分类地位一致。采用荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)方法检测了STS基因在栉孔扇贝各组织以及性腺发育周期中的表达,发现在雌雄各组织中均有表达,增殖期卵巢中表达量显著高于其他时期的性腺,推测认为该基因主要在栉孔扇贝雌激素生成和/或活化中发挥关键催化作用。In this study, CDS(Coding Sequences) characteristics and expression of STS gene in Chlamys farreri are analyzed. The results show that the CDS is 1755 bp long and encodes 584 amino acids, containing three major structural domains, A, B and C, which contain amino acids with catalytic functions. Phylogenetic analysis shows that the evolutionary status of STS gene in C. farreri is consistent with its biological taxonomic status. The expression of STS gene in various tissues and gonadal developmental cycles of C. farreri is detected by fluorescence real-time quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR). It is found to be expressed in both male and female tissues, and the expression in proliferative stage is significantly higher than that in other stages, which shows that this gene may play a key role in production and/or activation of estrogen of C. farreri.
