摘　　要：为增强我国数字政府建设的整体性、协同性、系统性,构建了数字政府架构框架,通过研究参考模型、架构开发、架构治理及架构评估,分别为数字政府建设提供统一框架、方法指导、制度支持及评估依据。本研究在理论上可为我国数字政府顶层设计提供系统认知,在实践中可为数字政府蓝图设计、项目管理及监督规范提供参照。For the purpose of improving the integrity,synergy and systematization of current digital government construction in China,this study constructs the digital government’s architecture framework consisting of reference model,architecture development,architecture governance and architecture evaluation,corresponding to the provision of unified framework,methodological guidance,institutional support and evaluation foundation,respectively.In theory,the result from this study will offer systematic cognition for the top-level design of digital government,and furthermore,it will offer references for digital government’s blueprint design,project management along with supervision and normalization.
