摘 要:目的 现场观察乳酸对诱蚊灯效果的影响。方法 观察投放乳酸和无乳酸时诱蚊灯的诱蚊效果。结果 无乳酸组和有乳酸组捕获的蚊密度分别为10.25和16.94只/(灯·夜),有统计学差异(t=-2.845,P<0.05)。结论 乳酸能大幅提升诱蚊灯的蚊虫诱捕效果。Objective To observe the effect of lactic acid on mosquito trap lamp.Methods The effect of mosquito trap lamp was observed with lactic acid and without lactic acid.Results The densities of mosquitoes captured in the lactate free group and lactate group were 10.25 and 16.94 insects per lamp at one night, respectively, with significant difference(t=-2.845,P<0.05).Conclusion Lactic acid can greatly improve the trapping effect of mosquito trapping lamp.
