多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多次法根管和一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的临床效果。方法70例牙体牙髓病患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组患者给予多次法根管治疗,研究组患者给予一次性根管治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度、牙周功能评分及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.27±0.34)分低于对照组的(2.89±0.46)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组牙齿美观度、语言功能、咀嚼功能评分分别为(9.57±0.31)、(9.26±0.39)、(9.38±0.22)分,均高于对照组的(8.23±0.24)、(8.15±0.37)、(8.27±0.39)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的临床效果较多次法根管治疗显著,患者疼痛感更轻微,并发症更少,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with dental pulp disease were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received multiple root canal treatment,and patients in the research group received one-time root canal treatment.The pain degree,periodontal function score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score(1.27±0.34)points of the research group was lower than(2.89±0.46)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tooth aesthetics,language function and masticatory function in the research group were(9.57±0.31),(9.26±0.39)and(9.38±0.22)points,which were higher than(8.23±0.24),(8.15±0.37)and(8.27±0.39)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the research group was 5.71%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with multiple root canal treatment,the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment for patients with dental pulp disease are significant,with less pain and fewer complications,which contains some clinical application value.
