幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者采用四联药物疗法的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者采用四联药物疗法的临床效果。方法120例幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者,依据随机分配法分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者接受三联药物治疗模式,实验组患者接受四联药物治疗模式。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、疾病复发率、幽门螺杆菌根除率。结果实验组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的83.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应总发生率6.67%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组疾病复发率3.33%低于对照组的33.33%;幽门螺杆菌根除率96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四联药物疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of quadruple drug therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 120 patients with Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received the triple drug therapy,and patients in the experimental group received the quadruple drug therapy.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,disease recurrence rate,and Helicobacter pylori eradication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%of the experimental group was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions 6.67%in the experimental group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate 3.33%in the experimental group was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori 96.67%was higher than 70.00%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quadruple drug therapy is effective in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
