电针结合吞咽言语康复干预对脑卒中假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析电针结合吞咽言语康复干预在假性球麻痹吞咽障碍治疗中的效果。方法100例脑卒中假性球麻痹吞咽障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用电针结合吞咽言语康复干预。比较两组临床疗效及干预前后标准吞咽功能评估表(SSA)评分、洼田饮水试验评分。结果研究组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组SSA评分(20.17±1.42)分与洼田饮水试验评分(1.10±0.17)分均低于对照组的(29.23±1.26)、(2.08±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合吞咽言语康复干预应用于脑卒中假性球麻痹吞咽障碍患者中,可改善吞咽功能,提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of electroacupuncture combined with speech and swallowing rehabilitation intervention on dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy.Methods A total of 100 stroke patients with dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy were divided into research group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the research group received electroacupuncture combined with speech and swallowing rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score and the water swallowing test score before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 92.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SSA score(20.17±1.42)points and water swallowing test score(1.10±0.17)points of the research group were lower than(29.23±1.26)and(2.08±0.42)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with swallowing speech rehabilitation intervention in stroke patients with dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy can improve swallowing function and clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
