常德市生态城市建设定量评价

摘　　要：基于构建的常德生态城市评价指标体系,采用城市生态指数、城市协调度指数、生态城市综合指数对常德市生态城市建设水平进行量化分析。结果表明,常德生态城市建设发展趋势较好,2006—2018年,城市生态指数、城市协调度指数、生态城市综合指数数值总体上不断增加,至2018年时分别达到0.826,0.832,0.687,表征常德市的生态化程度、城市协调程度、生态城市建设程度,分别达很高、较好、较好的水平。常德市经济生态、环境生态、社会生态系统的生态指数值也在2006—2018年呈显著增加趋势,尤以经济生态系统的生态指数值增加更为明显,其对2006—2018年城市生态指数值增加的贡献率亦呈增大趋势。Based on the constructed evaluation index system of Changde ecological city construction,the city ecological index(CEI),city coordination index(CHI)and ecological city comprehensive index(ECCI)are used to quantitatively analyze the construction level of Changde ecological city.The results show that the values of CEI,CHI and ECCI have increased continuously from 2006 to 2018,which reaches 0.826,0.832 and 0.687 respectively by 2018,indicating that the ecological degree,city coordination degree and ecological city construction degree of Changde city have reached a high,good and good level,respectively.The values of ecological index of economic,environmental and social ecosystems also showed a significant increase trend from 2006 to 2018,the increase in the ecological index value of the economic ecosystem is more obvious,the contribution rate of ecological index of economic ecosystem to the CEI increase generally.
