摘　　要：建设生态文明是中华民族永续发展的千年大计,2014年,国家提出将长江经济带建设成为我国生态文明建设的先行示范带.近年来,长江经济带沿线各省市持续加大生态文明建设力度并取得了显著成效.为深入探讨长江经济带城市“两山”关系和生态文明实现路径,本文以2015年和2019年我国生态文明数据为基础,从生态环境和经济社会的关系出发,通过四象限模型提出了“和谐共生”“绿色贫困”“拮抗发展”“金色污染”4种“两山”关系状态.研究表明,“和谐共生”和“绿色贫困”是目前长江经济带城市“两山”主导的关系状态,2015—2019年“和谐共生”状态不断增加,“拮抗发展”状态明显减少;从产业发展路径角度看,全面均衡发展型是长江经济带生态文明实现中最有效的路径,绿色创新驱动型、绿色转型升级型和生态价值实现型均发挥着相同程度的作用.Eco-civilization construction is a critical task for the long-term development of the Chinese nation.In 2014,the State intended to transform the Yangtze River Economic Belt into a pioneering demonstration zone in the ecological civilization construction plan.In order to deeply investigate the‘Two Mountains’relationship and the realization paths of eco-civilization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this study proposes four‘Two Mountains’relationship statuses based on the socio-economic development and eco-environmental performance of cities using eco-civilization data in 2015 and 2019.(1)According to the findings,cities with‘harmonious coexistence’and‘green poverty’relationship status account for the highest proportion.The proportion of cities with‘harmonious coexistence’status is constantly increasing,while the proportion of cities with‘antagonistic development’status is decreasing significantly.(2)In terms of industrial development,all-round balanced development provides the most effective way to achieve eco-civilization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The green innovation driving type,green transformation and upgrading type,and ecological value realization type paths all have similar effects in promoting eco-civilization coexistence.
