摘  要:为探究花椒挥发油的组分和活性,采用文献调研法对花椒挥发油的化学组分、生物活性、提取方法、研究现状进行归纳综述。花椒挥发油主要组分有芳樟醇、柠檬烯、β-月桂烯、δ-杜松烯等化合物,具有抗炎镇痛、抑菌、杀虫、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、局部麻醉、经皮促透等生物活性。花椒挥发油提取主要采用溶剂法、水蒸气法、微波辅助法、超声辅助法以及超临界CO_(2)法萃取等方法。通过对各种方法进行比较,为花椒挥发油的研究开发提供了依据。In order to explore the components and activities of Zanthoxylum bungeanum volatile oil,the literature research method was used to summarize the research status of the chemical components,biological activities and extraction methods of Zanthoxylum bungeanum volatile oil.The main components of Zanthoxylum bungeanum volatile oil are linalool,limonene,β-myrcene,δ-cadinene and other compounds;it has anti-inflammatory and analgesic,antibacterial,insecticidal,antioxidant,anti-tumor,local anesthesia,and transdermal promoting properties transparent and other biological activities.The extraction methods of volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum mainly include steam distillation,solvent extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,supercritical CO_(2) extraction,etc.This article compared various methods and provided a reference for the development and research of volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.
