摘　　要：食品科学与工程专业(油脂工程方向)生产实习课程存在课时分配不足、学生学习不足、移动网络影响等诸多现实问题,迫切需要对其教学现状进行详实的修订和更新。根据生产实习的不足现状及其改革急迫,对此提出3个改革方向,即能力培养是生产实习教学的重中之重,课程思政是生产实习教学的点睛之笔,以及授课计划修改是生产实习的关键一环。There are plenty of practical problems in the production practice course for the Major of Food Science and Engineering(Oil&Fat Engineering Direction),such as insufficient class-time allocation,insufficient learning of students,and influence of mobile network.There is an urgent need for detailed revision and update of its teaching status.According to the current situation of production practice course and its urgent reform,this article proposed three reform directions,namely,ability-training is the top priority of production practice teaching,curriculum ideology was the finishing touch of production practice teaching,and the teaching plan was the commanding stick of production practice course.
