摘　　要：对高校档案利用情况展开具体分析,发掘国家政策、社会经济、突发事件、用户需求等对高校档案利用工作的影响情况,分析出高校档案利用工作的规律。提出在新时期,运用创新思维,更新思想观念,专项整合利用率高档案,构建高效利用服务体系,借助峰谷差时段协调工作等有效措施,最终推进高校档案利用服务工作的发展。It's analyzed the impact of college archives and national policies etc.on the use of archives in colleges and universities,and analyzed the specific impact of archives on the work of colleges and universities.In the new era,it is proposed to use innovative thinking,update ideas,integrated archives with the high utilization rate,to build an efficient utilization service system,and promote finally the development of archives utilization service in colleges and universities with the help of effective measures such as peak valley difference period coordination.
