摘 要:从客运索道系统组成和钢丝绳分类角度进行分析,总结出客运索道承载索具有2种工作状态;提出断丝损伤程度是评估钢丝绳安全状况的依据,指出了当前应用于承载索断丝损伤的检测与分析评价方法、检测设备和方式存在的不足和局限性;对比分析出漏磁检测方法是目前最适合的断丝损伤检测方法,并提出了基于卷积神经网络的钢丝绳断丝损伤特征提取和定量识别方法,以及适用于不同工作状态下的承载索自动化巡线检测方式;最后给出了客运索道承载索在线检测的应用设想及展望。承载索在线检测关键技术的研究和实施对保障客运索道安全、可靠、高效运行具有理论指导意义和实践意义。Based on the analysis of passenger ropeway system composition and wire rope classification,it is concluded that there are two working states of load carrying rope of passenger ropeway.It is proposed that the degree of broken wire damage is the basis for evaluating the safety of wire rope,and it is pointed out that the current detection and analysis evaluation methods,detection equipment and methods applied to the broken wire damage of load carrying rope have shortcomings and limitations.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the magnetic flux leakage detection method is the most suitable method for the detection of broken wire damage at present.The feature extraction and quantitative identification method of broken wire damage of steel wire rope based on convolution neural network and the automatic line patrol detection method applicable to load carrying rope under different working conditions are proposed.Finally,the application assumption and prospect of the online detection of load carrying rope of passenger ropeway are given.The research and implementation of the key technologies of online detection of load carrying rope have theoretical and practical significance to ensure the safe,reliable and efficient operation of passenger ropeways.
