替加氟联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨替加氟注射液联合奥沙利铂方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法 前瞻性选取2019年12月至2020年12月间蒲城县医院收治的进展期胃癌患者106例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用奥沙利铂联合希罗达治疗,观察组采用替加氟联合奥沙利铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血清学肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)和CA724]水平变化及并发症情况。结果 观察组疾病控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CEA、CA199和CA724水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组血小板减少和手足综合征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 替加氟注射液联合奥沙利铂治疗进展期胃癌,能有效提高疾病控制率,降低肿瘤标记物水平,控制胃癌发展,且不良反应相对较少,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of tegafur injection combined with oxaliplatin regimen for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 106 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated at Pucheng County Hospital were prospectively selected from December 2019 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 53 patients in each group. The observation group received tegafur plus oxaliplatin and the control group received oxaliplatin combined with xeloda. The therapeutic effect, changes in serum tumor markers including carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), cancer antigen 199(CA199) and CA724 and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The disease control rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, CEA, CA199 and CA724 levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). The incidence of thrombocytopenia and hand-foot syndrome was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Tegafur injection combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can effectively improve disease control rate, reduce the level of tumor markers, and control the development of gastric cancer, with relatively few toxic and side reactions, which is worthy of popularization and application.
