大学生科研理想和情操影响因素的实证检验分析

摘　　要：文章基于546份问卷调查数据,应用结构方程模型实证分析大学生科研理想和情操影响因素。研究显示:大学生参与科研、对待科研的态度,及学校育人环境等,对大学生科研理想和情操有显著正向影响;学校管理水平对大学生科研理想和情操有间接正向影响。为此,应当加强高校思想政治教育,促进大学生健康人格的形成;创造高校健康向上环境,净化大学生健康成长的场域;优化高校科研管理体系,营造大学生奋发向上的氛围。Based on 546 questionnaires data,structural equation model and empirical research were employed to analyze on the influencing factors of university students'ideal and emotion in scientific research.The results show that the performance of college students'participation in and treatment of scientific research,and the influence and infiltration of the scientific research environment of colleges and universities have a significant positive impact on college students'scientific research ideals and sentiments;school'leadership and management have an indirect positive influence on college students'scientific research ideals and sentiments.To this end,we should strengthen ideological and political education in colleges and universities,promote the formation of healthy personality of college students,create a healthy and upward environment for colleges and universities to purify the field of healthy growth of college students,and optimize the scientific research management system of colleges and universities to create an favorable atmosphere for college students'progress.
