高校社团活动在大学生心理帮扶过程中的作用路径探究

摘　　要：高校社团是大学生学校生活的一部分,社团活动是开展大学生心理帮扶的重要途径。社团活动发挥大学生心理帮扶的作用,首先要求社团负责人有责任心,有相对稳定的帮扶目标,及开展实质性的特色活动。社团通过制度塑造大学生规则意识,通过活动引导学生身心成长。社团活动心理帮扶的主要路径:愿意了解社团—加入社团并积极参加社团活动—改善体验—愿意改变行为—提升心理健康水平。针对大学生心理健康求助,高校社团应做到,一是理解帮扶的内涵,开展有针对性的工作;二是调查了解大学生实际的心理需求,提高帮扶的效率;三是发挥高校师生及校友的资源优势,提升帮扶的成效。College students societies are a part of college students'life.Society activities are an important way to carry out college students'psychological assistance,and play a corresponding role in college students'psychological growth.To give full play to the role of psychological assistance,the society not only requires the person in charge of the society to have a sense of responsibility and a relatively stable goal,but also requires the society to carry out substantive characteristic activities.Societies shape college students'awareness of rules through systems and guide college students'growth through activities.The action path of society activities in the process of College Students'psychological assistance is as follows:be willing to understand the community-join the community and actively participate in community activities-improve experience–be willing to change behavior–be willing to change ideas-improve the level of mental health.In view of the psychological problems of college students,college societies should first deeply understand the connotation of psychological assistance and change their working methods;Second,we should deeply investigate the psychological needs of college students and improve the pertinence of our work;Third,we should give full play to the resource advantages of college teachers,students and alumni and improve the effectiveness of assistance.
