地方高校线上教学的满意度及提升策略

摘　　要：线上教学模式从应急之举逐渐转变为新常态。文章基于高校的实证研究,分析了地方高校线上教学满意度及影响因素,并提出改进建议。研究发现:新冠肺炎疫情以来,地方高校教师和学生对线上教学平台功能、线上教学平台技术支持、线上教学的服务保障和线上教学效果的满意度明显提升。构建有效的线上教学支撑体系、提升教师的信息素养与线上教学能力、提升学生的信息素养与自主学习能力、健全线上教学质量标准及评价体系、提高信息化教学管理能力水平可提高线上教学满意度。Online teaching mode has gradually changed from emergency action to a new normal.Based on the empirical research of Huainan Normal University,this paper analyzed the online teaching satisfaction and influencing factors of local universities,and put forward suggestions for improvement.The study found that since the COVID-19 outbreak,local college teachers and students'satisfaction have been significantly improved,with the functions of online teaching platform,technical support,service guarantee and online teaching effect.We can improve online teaching satisfaction through the methods such as building an effective online teaching support system,improving teachers'information literacy and online teaching ability,promoting students'information literacy and independent learning ability,consummating online teaching quality standards and evaluation system,and enhancing information teaching management ability.
