中职化学实验教学中培养学生绿色化学观念的探究——以香蕉油的合成为例

摘  要:在社会不断发展的时代背景下,对中职学校的教育目标也在不断提高,培养中职学生化学实验操作能力和绿色化学观念成为中等职业教育学生培养的重要组成部分.创新性地将大学有机实验作为研究性学习活动加入中职学校化学益智课堂的教学过程中,以香蕉油的合成为例,分别以β分子筛和浓硫酸作为催化剂进行对比,充分体现出分子筛作为催化剂催化合成香蕉油的技术优势.并从实验原理、实验设计、实验过程和结果等方面阐述了如何培养中职学生绿色化学观念、环保意识和实验操作能力.在教学实践中提升了学生的知识应用和实践能力,具有良好的推广前景.With the continuous development of society,the educational objectives of secondary vocational schools have also been continuously improved.Cultivating students’chemical experiment operation ability and environmental protection thinking has become an important part of cultivating students in secondary vocational education.This paper takes an innovative organic experiment the synthesis of banana oil,as an example.The comparison ofβzeolite and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalysts fully reflects the technical advantages of molecular sieve as a green catalyst for the synthesis of banana oil.From the aspects of experimental principle,experimental design,experimental process and results,how to cultivate secondary vocational students'green chemistry concept,environmental awareness and experimental operation ability is expounded.It has more effectively cultivated students’application ability and practical ability of knowledge,and has a good promotion prospect.
