摘 要:目的探讨循证医学教育(evidence-based medicine education,EBME)模式结合翻转课堂教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的临床教学查房中的作用和效果。方法选择2020年1—12月安徽医科大学第二附属医院呼吸内科住培学员113名为研究对象,将学员分为三组(EBME模式联合翻转课堂教学组39名、EBME模式教学组36名、传统教学组38名),对三组培训后采用定类与定量统计分析及问卷调查相结合,对出科考试、技能考试、综合评价和满意度问卷调查进行对比分析。结果EBME模式结合翻转课堂教学法组别学员的各项理论考核和培训成效满意度问卷调查结果均优越于对比组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EBME模式与翻转课堂联合的教学模式应用于临床教学查房,有利于提高学员的综合学习能力、搜集循证能力、临床思维能力和临床实践能力,为住院医师规范化培训开拓新模式和新思路。Objective To explore the role and teaching effects of evidence-based medicine education(EBME)model combined with flipped classroom teaching method in the teaching ward round of respiratory medicine for standardization training of residents.Methods 113 residents who received standardized training were selected as the research objects in the respiratory medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to December 2020.The students randomly were divided into three groups:39 in EBME model combined with flipped classroom teaching group,36 in EBME model teaching group and 38 in traditional teaching group.After training,the three groups were compared and analyzed by the combination of classification,quantitative statistical analysis and questionnaire survey.Results The results of EBME mode combined with flipped classroom teaching method group’s theoretical assessment and training effectiveness satisfaction questionnaire were superior to those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of EBME mode and flipped classroom teaching mode in clinical teaching ward round is beneficial to improve the students’comprehensive learning ability,evidence-based ability,clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability,and open up new modes and new ideas for the standardized training of resident doctors.
