摘 要:眼科是一门专业性很强的临床学科,临床见习课内容繁多,课时少,还要掌握眼科特殊检查仪器的使用,学生学习难度较大。传统的基于讲授的教学法较为枯燥,不能很好地激发学生学习的兴趣。如何提高教学质量,在较短的课时内使学生掌握大纲要求的内容,是临床带教老师面临的挑战。文章探讨了一些眼科临床见习课的教学改革方法,如将传统的基于讲授的教学法转变为基于问题的教学法、基于团队的教学法、基于病例的教学法、案例式立体教学法、辩论式教学法、翻转课堂教学法等,充分调动学生的主观能动性。同时伴随网络和电子信息技术的发展,出现了很多新的教学方式,如慕课、微信、雨课堂、虚拟仿真实验、虚拟现实、人工智能等。Ophthalmology is a highly specialized clinical subject. The clinical novitiate course has a wide range of contents and few class hours. It is also necessary to master the use of special ophthalmology examination instruments,which makes it difficult for students to learn. The traditional teaching-based teaching method is relatively boring and cannot stimulate students’ interest in learning well. How to improve the quality of teaching and enable students to master the content required by the syllabus within a short class time is a challenge for clinical teachers. This paper discusses some teaching reform methods of ophthalmology clinical novitiate courses, such as changing the traditional lecture-based learning to problem-based learning, teambased learning, case-based learning, case-based threedimensional teaching method, debate-based teaching method, flipped classroom teaching methods, etc., fully mobilize the subjective initiative of students. At the same time, with the development of network and electronic information technology, many new teaching methods have emerged, such as MOOC, WeChat, rain classroom, virtual simulation experiment, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, etc.
