摘 要:目的探讨微课结合PBL教学法在儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年2月在南通大学附属医院儿科进行住院医师规范化培训的50名儿科医师,随机分为试验组(n=25)及对照组(n=25),试验组采用微课结合PBL法教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学,实验结束后对两组学员进行理论课、实践技能及病例分析测试、教学效果评价。结果试验组理论课、实践技能及病例分析分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且试验组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合PBL教学法在儿科住院医师规范化培训中能提高学员的主动学习兴趣,提升教学效果,值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-class combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of pediatric resident doctors.Methods 50 pediatricians who received standardized training for residents in department of pediatric,the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,from September 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The experimental group was taught by micro-class combined with PBL method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.At the end of the study,the two groups of students were tested on theory lessons,practical skills and case analysis,and evaluated the teaching effect.Results The scores of theoretical lessons,practical skills and case analysis in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of microclasses and PBL teaching method in standardized training of pediatric resident doctors can increase the students’active learning interest and enhance the teaching effect,which is worthy of widespread promotion.
