摘 要:目的评价在金课视域下“三微”科研训练模式在护士长科研能力训练中的应用效果。方法2020年1—6月,选取长沙市某三级综合医院42名护士长为研究对象,采用基于微课题-微科研小组-微研究的“三微”训练模式,利用线上线下相结合的混合模式,分别展开护理科研培训与实践。结果培训后42名护士长的科研能力、科研自我效能感得分、内在科研动机均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金课视域下“三微”混合式科研训练模式能有效提高护士长科研能力和自我效能感、促进内在科研动机。Objective To evaluate the learning outcome of the"thr-micro"scientific research training model on head nurses’scientific research ability.Methods From January to June 2020,42 head nurses of a third level general hospital in Changsha were selected as the research objects.The"three micro"training mode based on micro topics-micro scientific research group-micro research was adopted,and the mixed mode of online and offline was used to carry out nursing research training and practice.Results The mean scores of nursing research ability and self-efficacy and intrinsic research motivation after training were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"thr-micro"combined with online—offline blended teaching in view of gold course can effectively improve the scientific research ability and self-efficacy of head nurses,and promote intrinsic research motivation.
