摘 要:目的探讨微课结合模块化教学在新生儿复苏培训中的应用效果。方法将东莞市松山湖中心医院产科、儿科120名实习医生及住院医生分为观察组与对照组各60名,对照组采用理论集中授课形式进行新生儿复苏培训,观察组采用微课结合模块化教学的方式进行新生儿复苏培训,采用技能考核与问卷调查的方式,通过两组的合格率以及满意度的对比,从而比较两种教学方法在新生儿复苏培训种应用效果。结果观察组考核合格率为96.67%,高于对照组合格率71.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组流程操作规范率比较:观察组新生儿初步复苏规范率100.00%、气管插管91.67%、正压通气95.00%、胸外按压95.00%、产儿合作98.33%、肾上腺素给药91.67%,明显高于对照组新生儿初步复苏规范率75.00%、气管插管68.33%、正压通气73.33%、胸外按压65.00%、产儿合作75.33%、肾上腺素给药76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对微课结合模块化教学的满意度均较高,满意占比平均90.95%。结论采用微课结合模块化教学方法对相关进行新生儿复苏培训,可有效提高产儿科医生对新生儿复苏的基本理论知识与流程规范操作能力,从而提高危重新生儿的救治水平,其教学效果亦得到了产儿科医生的认可。Objective To probe into the application effect of microclass combined with modular teaching in neonatal resuscitation training.Methods The 120 interns and residents in obstetrics and pediatrics of Songshan Lake Central Hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 60 each.The control group was trained in neonatal resuscitation by theory centralized teaching,the observation group adopted the method of microclass combined with modular teaching to carry out neonatal resuscitation training,adopted the method of skill examination and questionnaire survey,and compared the pass rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups,to compare the effect of two teaching methods in neonatal resuscitation training.Results The qualified rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(71.67%)(P<0.05).The comparison of the standardized rate of process operation between the two groups:the standardized rate of neonatal initial resuscitation in the observation group was 100.00%,endotracheal intubation 91.67%,positive pressure ventilation 95.00%,external chest compression 95.00%,puerperal cooperation 98.33%,adrenaline administration 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 75.00%,endotracheal intubation 68.33%,positive pressure ventilation 73.33%,external chest compression 65.00%,puerperal cooperation 75.33%,adrenaline administration 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was highly satisfied with the combination of micro class and modular teaching,with an average of 90.95%.Conclusion The adoption of microclass combined with modular teaching method for the related training of neonatal resuscitation can effectively improve the obstetricians’basic theoretical knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and their ability to operate in a standardized procedure,so as to improve the treatment level of critical neonates,its teaching effect has also been recognized by obstetricians and pediatricians.
